Wash the strawberries thoroughly without removing the stalk, nor the leaves; leave them in water with some drops of disinfectant for five minutes. Rinse them with clean water and dry them up with a paper towel. Take each one from its stalk and submerge them, one by one, in the melted chocolate; after that, place them on a tray with waxed paper. Place them in the freezer for some 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.When you follow these instructions you will have a great dessert.
